- Garbage Collection/Disposal & Recycling Services Scope of Work The St. Lawrence Parks Commission is seeking interested parties to submit bids for the provision of Garbage Collection/Disposal and Recycling Services for a period of two (2) years commencing December 2023. Services are required at a number of areas throughout the SLPC-s property as specified hereunder. AREA 1 (CENTRAL) Crysler Park Marina, Crysler Beach, Upper Canada Village Carpenter Shop; Upper Canada Golf Course Restaurant and Maintenance Building; Riverside/Cedar Park; AREA 2 (LONG SAULT PARKWAY) including Mille Roches Picnic Area and Campsite, Woodlands Picnic Area and Campsite; McLaren Campsite; Upper Canada Migratory Bird Sanctuary; and Glengarry Park.
