Description : This Request for Bids (“RFB”) is issued so that Bidders may bid on all linen and towel products. Scope of Work The Ministry requires linen and towel products including bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, face cloths and tea towels. The Ministry is required to provide linen and towel products in all correctional institutions in Ontario for the custody of persons awaiting trial or convicted of offences. Linen and towel products are to be delivered on an as-and-when required basis for use in various institutions and youth justice facilities in Ontario operated separately by two Ministries - the Ministry of Solicitor General and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services throughout the Province of Ontario. The Ministry will hold a voluntary Bidder information session, via teleconference as follows: Date: September 29, 2023 Time: 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) Interested Bidders are asked to register via email to Rudy.Dzubina@ontario.ca no later than 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on September 28, 2023.
