Description : Supply Ontario is inviting bidders to submit bids to become vendors of record for the provision of Experience Design and Related Services. The VOR arrangement established from this RFB will REPLACE the Experience Design and Related Services VOR arrangement (Tender_8462), which expires on October 31, 2023. This RFB, and any subsequent RFBs, will be posted on the Ontario Tenders Portal. Scope of Work The services in the RFB are based on the three categories listed below. Bidders are invited to submit bids to bid on any or all of the Categor(ies). Category 1: Discovery Phase The Discovery Phase helps define a service-s potential users and how their needs can be met. The goal is to learn about the people that will be using the service. Category 2: Alpha Phase In Alpha Phase, the goal is to determine how best to meet the user needs that were identified in discovery by creating mock-ups and testing multiple hypotheses. Category 3: Research Participant Recruitment Government teams sometimes need external help to access research participants. While the Ontario government may have the expertise to plan, execute and analyze research, vendors may be required to assist with sourcing and scheduling user research participants. - Documents :
