RFB to access a database/platform containing data on online job postings daily (also known as real-time labour market information (RT LMI) and job posting analytics (JPA)); use vendor-s software for data queries by no fewer than five (5) concurrent Ontario Government users; and receive annual reports on skills. Scope of Work The Ministry is seeking to procure access to a database/platform containing data on online job postings (also known as real-time labour market information (RT LMI) and job posting analytics (JPA)). The information must be available via a web interface and a direct data feed (e.g., application programming interface (API) and/or other emerging formats as they become available). The Ministry is seeking to procure access by April 2024. RT LMI allows the Ministry to conduct point-in-time analysis of occupations and skills at the local level and gain crucial insights into labour markets, including which jobs and skills are in-demand in by geography and/or industry. The Ministry also uses RT LMI to populate key sections of the job profiles found on Ontario.ca-s labour market information website, such as the trend in job postings and the in-demand skills and knowledge for each occupation.
