Description : This Request for Bids is for the provision of supply chain management services including the distribution of publicly funded vaccines and therapeutics to community pharmacies, public health units (PHUs) and health service providers (HSPs) across Ontario for the Ministry of Health, and associated services (e.g., QA, inventory tracking, destruction). Scope of Work The Vendor(s) will provide specialized cold chain warehousing and distribution services for publicly funded vaccines and therapeutics to community pharmacies, public health units and healthcare service providers located across Ontario. This includes associated services, including inventory management, QA, and destruction. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 5,200 pharmacies, 34 public health units and several healthcare service providers to receive vaccines and/or therapeutics. A list of participating community pharmacies, PHUs and HSPs will be provided to the Vendor(s). The Vendor(s) will provide an order management and inventory tracking system where providers / organizations can order publicly funded vaccines and therapeutics online.
