Description : The Ministry requires tools to gather visual and spatial evidence quickly and accurately at scenes such as crime scenes for investigations and legal proceedings. Scope of Work The Vendor shall supply and deliver 3D Scanners with integrated imaging and position scanning that can automatically capture and store colour images and precision three dimensional topographical positions of a scene for presentation as evidence in legal proceedings. The Ministry will hold a voluntary Bidder information session by teleconference on the date and time below: Date: August 9, 2023 Time: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Toronto time). Interested Bidders are asked to register with the Ministry Contact via email (michelle.linnane@opp.ca) no later than 4:00 p.m. Toronto time on August 8, 2023. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided. The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry-s requirements, as set out in the RFB.
