- The Ontario Heritage Trust requires the services of a Heritage General Contractor to provide full-scope contractor services (heritage specialty) for the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Yonge Street Entrance Improvements project (the “Deliverables”). Scope of Work The project scope includes but is not limited to the following: • Stained glass repairs • Terrazzo floor repairs • Wood poster box replacement • Soffit repairs and refinishing • Fibreglass tile cleaning and repairs • Sealants • Painting • Plumbing • Electrical Refer to the tender documents and specifications for detailed scope. Total Completion of the work must be achieved by April 30 2024.
