Description : The Document Distribution Application (DDA) is used in the development of the Spring Budget and Fall Economic Statement (FES)released for publication by Ontario each year. Treasury Board Secretariat (the Ministry) on behalf of the Ministry of Finance (MOF) is looking to acquire a solution that simplifies the document review, co-authoring and redaction process, giving users complete control over co-authoring and reviewing while working with highly sensitive information between Ministry staff, management, and executives. The collaboration software should simplify the process, giving users complete control over coauthoring, reviewing and approving. Collaborating with both colleagues and third parties, it should equally secure and protect sensitive information, whether in the office or working from home. Scope of Work MOF is in need of a document collaboration software that is intended to replace existing Ministry processes to produce official documents of sensitive nature, released for publication by the Ontario government each year that include a mix of IT systems and Microsoft Word documents.
