Description : The Ministry of Transportation is issuing this Request for Bids for the purpose of acquiring four (4) Real Time Kinematic Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RTK RPAS) with Camera and Light Detection and Ranging payloads. This equipment is used regularly to collect topographic data for engineering and aggregate pit surveys, and is essential to perform field surveys. Scope of Work Each package shall include one (1) RTK compatible RPAS, one (1) GPS receiver base station, two (2) RPAS controllers with built in viewing screen, one (1) RGB Camera, one (1) LiDAR / RGB Camera system, one (1) payload attachment for each payload (2 in total), one (1) top mount gimbal, one (1) parachute safety system, along with the many smaller associated pieces of equipment listed in the Commercial Envelope. Data processing software is also required. The Vendor shall also provide a two (2) year customer service package that includes all firmware and software updates that may be required during the two (2) year term, along with a half-day, virtual training session for Ministry staff.
