Description : This Request for Bids is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit bids for the establishment of a Vendor of Record arrangement for Travel Management Company Services as further described in Attachment #3 - Deliverables. This VOR arrangement provides a centralized single-vendor approach for travel management services for OPS and Non-OPS Entities that require these services. Scope of Work The Ministry is seeking a Travel Management solution that will include booking and ticketing for air, rail, hotel and daily car rentals through a vendor provided Online Booking Tool and Full-Service Booking Services, as further described in this RFB. The proposed solution is required to be user friendly and will support the government-s self service delivery model. Full-Service Bookings are made over the telephone with an experienced travel counselor through a toll-free telephone number to a dedicated call centre for the province of Ontario, its agencies and Non-OPS Entities who participate in the program. OPS- intranet site, is the gateway to a broad array of online travel resources and services, including the Vendor-s Online Booking Tool and various other travel links and information.
