Description : The intent with this RFP is to award the Services to one (1) Proponent to provide comprehensive and effective outplacement services for terminated executive and non-executive employees on an as-needed basis. Additionally, the Proponent will be expected to meet the needs of all the Purchasers while providing required customization if required by each. The intent with this RFP is to make the following awards: Outplacement Services Scope of Work The Proponent will: a) Be capable of dedicating qualified representatives and coaches to look after the outplacement requirements of the Purchasers on an as needed basis; b) Have the ability to provide leading edge outplacement services in the broadest form for frontline, junior, middle, senior and executive employees; c) Provide on-site support, professional guidance and assistance at the time of termination and immediately following to ensure an appropriate and safe exit of the individual(s) from the Purchaser-s premises; d) Provide regular progress reporting; e) Have the ability to transition the services from the current suppliers, if required; f) Be available for urgent events on an ad hoc basis; and g) Help terminated employees with a varied range of education, experience and expertise transition to new jobs and/or...
