Description : This RFB is an opportunity for prospective Bidders to be part of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Fresh Bread and Bun Products. Products delivered under the resulting VOR arrangement will include but are not limited to, loaf breads (white, whole wheat, whole grain and specialty products), hamburger buns, hot dog buns, sub buns, kaiser buns, dinner rolls, flat breads, pitas and bagels. Scope of Work This VOR arrangement will be available to all ministries covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to Provincially Funded Organisations (PFOs) in accordance with the provisions the Form of Agreement . It is intended that this VOR arrangement will be awarded to manufacturers. The selected Bidders(s) will be required to enter into an Agreement with the Ministry for the provision of the Deliverables in the form attached as Appendix B - Form of Agreement to this RFB. Optional Site Meeting: May 18, 2023 at 11:00 via Microsoft Teams. Bidders must provide the names and email addresses of all participants via the eTendering online messaging system. An invitation will be sent to each participant with a link to the meeting.
