Description : The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to develop a VOR arrangement for the disposal and remarketing of passenger, enforcement and light commercial vehicles, and other equipment such as: medium and heavy trucks, special purpose vehicles, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), motorcycles, trailers, aircraft, and boats throughout the Province of Ontario. Vendors must be capable of providing the required services in all client locations of the region(s) they are awarded with in Ontario. There will be a primary and a secondary Vendor for each of the five regions. Scope of Work The Ministry will award a primary and a secondary Vendor for each region in the Province of Ontario. The secondary Vendor for each region will be utilized when the primary Vendor is unable to provide the required service. The breakdown of region for award will include: Central Ontario Eastern Ontario West Ontario Northeastern Ontario Northwestern Ontario The VOR arrangement will require the Vendor to deliver its services throughout the region(s) of the province of their award with no exclusions.
