Description : The OSC is seeking non-binding competitive Proposals from respondents with demonstrated success recruiting and permanently placing Senior Legal Counsels with senior-level experience in areas that may include policy, derivatives, investigations and/or litigation. The purpose of this RFP is to select one or more qualified respondents with whom the OSC intends to enter into negotiations in an effort to reach an agreement to provide the Services. Scope of Work The OSC has identified an opportunity to partner with a recruiter with in-depth knowledge of the Canadian legal market to recruit and place appropriately qualified intermediate-level and Senior Legal Counsels in multiple branches across the OSC with experience that may include policy, derivatives, investigation, and/or litigation. Success in these roles requires a unique blend of professional experience, suitability for the demands of the position, and organizational fit within a fluid and dynamic organization. As an example, the OSC has recently recruited and placed Senior Legal Counsels in the Derivatives Branch and Senior Litigation Counsels in he Enforcement Branch.
