Description : This Request for Bids ("RFB") is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the supply and delivery of one-piece foam mattresses with built-in pillow. This RFB is issued by Her Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Solicitor General (the “Ministry"). Scope of Work The Ministry requires one-piece foam mattresses with built-in pillow for inmates in correctional facilities and detention centres. The Ministry requires the Vendor to supply four (4) sizes of mattresses on an as-and-when required basis for up to three (3) years. All deliveries shall be made to the following addresses: Trilcor Industries c/o Central East Correctional Centre 541 Hwy 36 Lindsay, Ontario K9V 4S6 Trilcor Industries c/o Central North Correctional Centre 501 Fuller Avenue Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2H The Ministry will hold a voluntary Bidder information session, via teleconference as follows: Date: January 27, 2023 Time: 11:00 - 11:30 Toronto time Interested Bidders are asked to register with Rudy Dzubina via email no later than 16:00:00 Toronto time on, January 26, 2023. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided.
