Description : The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (Ministry) is seeking a single Microsoft Licenced Solution Provider (LSP) to act as Software Advisor in relation to the proposed Microsoft M365 Enrolment agreement and the proposed Microsoft Server Cloud Enrolment agreement. The Software Advisor must provide support to the Ministry and OPP, for approximately 85,000 end users, over the duration of these proposed Direct Enrolments. Scope of Work The new SCE is intended to be established for the procurement of Microsoft products including but not limited to: • Microsoft SQL Server • Microsoft Visual Studio and MSDN • Microsoft Dynamics 365 The successful Bidder will be expected to perform the requisite duties as relates to a Microsoft Software Advisor, such duties may include, but not be limited to: • Providing quotes to the OPS • Assisting as required with annual True Ups • Provide assistance and guidance to the OPS to ensure maximum benefit is realized from the enrolments • Perform additional duties and provide the requisite services associated with that role of Software Advisor for SCE and M365 enrolments as further detailed in the RFB
