Description : This RFB is for the provision of computer room monitoring and maintenance services (including sensor alarm monitoring services, preventative maintenance services for uninterruptible power, fire detection, fire suppression and room cooling equipment, emergency procedure briefing, remediation dispatch and equipment sufficiency assessment) as further described in the Deliverables (Part # 3). The Supplier will be required to provide these services either directly or indirectly through authorized subcontractors. Scope of Work Work encompasses the following services for the server room and server room protection equipment located at 505 University Avenue in Toronto: • Continuous off-site monitoring to detect faulty conditions (such as high or low temperature, fire alarm, power outage, gas sensor warning, etc.) • Personnel dispatch upon notification of faulty condition • Preventive maintenance of uninterruptable power system (UPS), fire detection system, refrigerant sensor system, and air conditioning system • Emergency on-call services • Briefing to advise on any recommended protection equipment upgrades • Delivery of an information session to familiarize IT staff on the Tribunal-s protocols and procedures in re...
