Description: Detailed Description Rft for the Provision of the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of an Automated Electrophoresis System for the Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Nucleic Acids to Support Forest Health Research and Monitoring Projects for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Scope of Work an Automated Electrophoresis System that Supports Multiple Applications is Required for High-Throughput Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis (Including Fragment Sizing, Size Distribution, Integrity Check, Etc.) of Various Nucleic Acids. Applications Sought Include, but are not Limited To, Small and Total Rnas, Genomic Dna, Plasmid Dna Digests, Single/Multiplex Pcr Amplicon Size Screening, and Next-Generation Library Quantification and Quality Control. the System Package should Include a Laptop or Desktop Computer, Necessary Software to Run the Entire System, and all the Accessories and Kits Required for the Installation and to Set up an Initial Run. the Automated Electrophoresis System will be Used in Parallel with a Next-Generation Sequencer and other Equipment in Supporting Multiple Projects, Including Forest Disease Diagnostics, Mapping the Spread of Forest Pathogens, Predicting Disease Outbreaks, Monitoring Invasive Species, and other Forest Health and Monitoring Projects. the System Must be on Site at 1235 Queen Street East, Sault Ste.
