Description : The objective of this RFB is to select one (1) qualified and Atlassian-authorized reseller (“Preferred Vendor”) who can procure the requisite Jira and Confluence Subscription Services which are further described in Sections 1.3 of the Deliverables of this RFB. The initial term of the Agreement will be for twelve (12) months effective January 27, 2023, followed by two (2) potential one-year extensions at the Ministry-s sole discretion. Scope of Work The Deliverables of this RFB include the delivery of the following Confluence and Jira Subscription Services for the term of the Agreement. The number of subscriptions that the Ministry requires annually are listed in the table listed in the RFB Parts 1-4 Attachment. The Vendor must be an active and qualified Atlassian reseller.
