Description : Public Health Ontario-s (PHO) Clinical and Environmental Bacteriology laboratory requires the supply and delivery of Horse Serum from donor herds (i.e. not slaughterhouses). The objective of this RFB is to execute a contract with one legal entity for two (2) firm years plus two (2) optional 1-year terms (total of 4 years) to supply and deliver horse serum for use as an additive to certain types of culture media for the isolation of fastidious organisms. Scope of Work The Vendor must supply Public Health Ontario with Horse Serum from donor herds (not slaughter houses) in frozen form in 500ml bottles with leak proof screw caps. Throughout the life of the contract, the Vendor must supply horse serum in shipments every two weeks to the Toronto Public Health Ontario laboratory site, and delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. All delivered goods will be required to pass stringent quality control procedures following each delivery prior to acceptance. - Documents :
