Description : His Majesty the King (HMTK) in right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is planning to issue a Request for Bids (RFB) to acquire one (1) Vendor to design, configure / customize / build, test, implement, warrant, maintain, train, and then provide enhancement services for the Drivers, Vehicles, and Online Services System (“the Solution”). The Solution will be used by MTO to administer driver licensing and driver controls and sanctions, Ontario Photo Card, and vehicle registration issuance, maintenance, monitoring, and control. The Solution will also be used by MTO and ServiceOntario staff to serve customers throughout Ontario at service locations, call centres, and central offices and to provide online self-service for MTO's customers to inquire upon and manage their driver and vehicle products and privileges.
