Description : The Ministry is gathering information about current cloud Contact Center as a Service technology solutions the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options and/or requirements for a new Engagement Platform. The Ministry is considering its options with respect to the future transition of 40+ Ontario Public Service programs to a new Engagement Platform delivered through a Cloud Contact Centre as a Service technology while in parallel enabling the onboarding of additional OPS programs and supporting current program transformation needs. Scope of Work The Cloud-based Engagement Platform would like to continue its offerings but not limited to: a) Delivery through multiple service channels (voice, email, chat, SMS, Survey, etc.). b) Services designed around customers c) Tech-enabled interactions d) Data insights from customers- behaviours e) Sustainable and continuously improved service delivery f) Features and functionality that ensures elasticity and cost competitiveness g) Continue to enhance tools and strengthen service delivery by having access to capabilities that enable quicker response times to the public-s inquiries and requests h) Leverage new technologies to enable a greater range of services...
