Description : HMMS on behalf of the Infection Prevention and Control Team (Infection Safety) of St. Joseph-s Health Care, London (St. Joseph-s) is seeking submissions from prospective Respondents for end-to-end consulting and advisory services to review and advise on the Infection Safety Program. The program spans the entire organization and would include a review relative to the current program as well as the new Infection Prevention and Control requirements of the Fixing the Long-Term Care Act (2021). The scope would include: • An audit and review of existing policies, business systems and processes related to the Infection Safety Program based on Provincial Infectious Diseases Advisory Committee (PIDAC) publication Best Practices for Infection Prevention and Control Programs in Ontario in All Health Care Settings and the infection prevention and control requirements of the Fixing the Long Term Care Act (2021). • Development of a gap analysis report; • Identification of areas for improvement related to the Infection Safety Program, Infection Prevention and Control systems and processes; • Development of an evaluation program including performance metrics for the organization and the Infection Safety team.
