    Description : RFB to develop and deliver training for understanding and combating anti-Black racism to direct operated youth justice facilities and Transfer Payment Recipient (TPR) frontline staff for up to two years. Scope of Work A series of four one-day training sessions focused on understanding and combating anti-Black racism training for frontline youth justice staff. The training should contextualize anti-Black racism in Canada and the global narrative, provide insights into anti-Black racism, examine important concepts related to critical race theory, confront personal bias, and teach staff how to work towards authentic allyship to be change agents in their workplace and support Black youth and families in their work. Understanding and combating anti-Black racism training supports the key principles of Youth Justice Division, specifically: • Staff and service providers will be appropriately trained and experienced, and will collaborate in the best interests of youth, families, victims and communities to achieve service excellence. • Programs and services will be responsive to the needs and strengths of youth including: physical, mental and emotional levels of development, language and cultural and spiritual beliefs and practices.
