Description : Scope of Work The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is a front-line regulatory agency seeking to retain two or more suppliers with considerable expertise to assist the AGCO and the Registrar of Alcohol, Gaming, Cannabis and Racing (the “Registrar”) in conducting eligibility assessments of new applicants, existing licensees and registrants and renewal applications under the various acts which the AGCO administers. The Vendors will provide consulting services as part of one or more teams carrying out eligibility assessments which require consideration of the honesty, integrity, financial responsibility and competence of applicants. The Registrar is considering two or more suppliers to address any potential conflicts of interest, to ensure that Vendors have the appropriate skills and experience necessary for a specific eligibility assessment, and to ensure that there is sufficient capacity given the anticipated volume and timelines. The contract will be for a period of two (2) years with two (2) options to extend. First option to extend will be for a two (2) year period with second option for a one-year period.
