Description : Detailed Description PART 2 - Description of Goods /Services Requested 2.1 The OSC is seeking to acquire a Solution which provides access to market and reference data that will support a number of our regulatory activities, performed by different branches of the OSC, such as capital market research and analysis, identifying trends and risks and validation of in-house data. For such a Solution, which may involve one or more Products, we are seeking to work with a provider who can accommodate three(3) unique needs: (a) individual licenses to enable sophisticated users who need the flexibility to login either through a web portal or a desktop app, in order to run customized data queries on a regular and ad hoc basis; (b) bulk downloads of sub-sets of data to support the integration of derived data into a cloud environment with appropriate permissions for internal use and distribution, and to other regulatory bodies; (c) permission to publish or otherwise distribute to external recipients, certain limited extracts of data (or information derived from this data) from time to time, on an ad-hoc, non-systematic and non-regular basis, where this is required by law, or where this is required for the purpose of providing evidence to support polic...
