Description: Detailed Description the Ministry is Issuing this Rfb to Acquire Hybrid Meeting Room Services on Behalf of the Ontario Public Service (Ops). the Ministry will Select a Single Bidder to Provide Hybrid Meeting Room Services to Ontario Public Service (Ops) Offices Distributed Across the Province of Ontario. the Agreement will be for an Initial Period of Three (3) Years with the Option to Extend for Two (2) Additional Terms of up to One (1) Year Each, at the Sole Discretion of the Ministry. Scope of Work the Ops has Approximately 1,440 Boardrooms with Video Conferencing Services Across the Province of Ontario. Approximately 450 of those Rooms are Equipped with Standard Based Endpoints such as Cisco Sx20 and Polycom Group 310 of which 46% have Reached End of Life (Eol) and the Balance of Legacy Equipment will Reach Eol by Mid 2024. Approximately, 70 Rooms have Equipment that is Still under Warranty and 381 have no Warranty or Support. in Addition, 207 Endpoints do not Meet its Minimum Encryption Standards. Currently, the Existing 450 Standard Based Endpoints are Connecting to Microsoft Teams Meeting Using Cloud Video Interop. in 2020, Infrastructure Technology Services (Its) Established Microsoft Teams Rooms as its New Standard for Boardroom Video Conferencing Service and has Since Enabled 40 Hybrid Meeting Rooms with Microsoft Teams Video Conferencing Equipment. over the Course of the Next few Years, its will Decommission Some, or All, of the Legacy Equipment ...
