Description : This Request For Bids (RFB) is issued by Treasury Board Secretariat (the Ministry) on behalf of the Ministry of Finance (MOF). This RFB invites Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of a Solution to support the Ministry-s Raw Leaf Tobacco (RLT) Oversight Program, including Software, Handheld/Mobile Devices, Mobile Application, and Markers. Vendor to provide/deliver/operate Solution to support the RLT oversight program, automate the management, monitor the production and movement of RLT produced in, imported into, and exported from Ontario. In alignment with the Government's Open for Business strategy, the Ministry is seeking technology, products, services and industry best practices to enhance its oversight of RLT through an integrated, automated registration and track & trace solution.
