Description : The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) as part of the Ministry of the Solicitor General is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and warranty one (1) progressive scan high definition (HD) airborne thermal imaging camera system (TICS) with forward looking infrared (FLIR) camera technology including installation equipment, training, and technical support, as described in this Request for Bids (RFB). The TICS is to be used by the OPP in its aircraft for critical public safety and policing operations, such as search and rescue activities among others. Scope of Work The OPP requires the new model of TICS, the FLIR 380 HDc high definition TICS, with forward looking infrared camera technology, meeting the minimum requirements and inclusions as further described in the RFB. The TICS must meet the required Deliverable specifications including the associated warranty, technical support service, and training service requirements, as described in this RFB. The System is required to have a minimum life cycle of two (2) years and to be supported by the Manufacturer of the System for this period.
