Description : Request for Bids (RFB) for Supply and Delivery of Food Services Uniforms and Health Care Services Uniforms. Bidders must attach eight (8) fabric test results with the submission as requested from a North American Independent Accredited ISO-17025 Testing Laboratory only in order to show compliance with specifications. Sample garments will be required upon request, if requested after the closing of the RFB. Scope of Work The objective of this RFB is to invite prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of two (2) categories of uniforms, Category 1 - Food Services Uniforms and Category 2 - Health Care Services Uniforms, as specified, for use in various Ministry facilities throughout the Province of Ontario on an as-and-when required basis. Items in each category includes: • Category 1 - Food Services Uniforms - Seven (7) Items: 1. Lightweight Chef Coat (Unisex) 2. Cook Shirt (Male and Female) 3.
