Description : The objective of this RFP is to establish an enterprise-wide one supplier for the Supply and Delivery of medals, trophies, pins and other award objects for Ontario Honours and Awards programs for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional Terms of up to one (1) year each. Scope of Work A vendor is required to design or apply approved designs and produce award objects over the course of the next three to five years, as required by the Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism. These medals, and other related products to honour and recognize deserving citizens of Ontario, will be produced for presentation at ceremonies for each program. Additional items may be needed should the Ontario Honours and Awards Secretariat and/or Volunteer Recognition Unit be required to deliver new programs. The vendor is asked to build in a contingency value to allow for some flexibility in the scope of the contract if needed
