Description : The Ontario Clean Water Agency seeks the supply of alum and poly aluminum chloride (PAC) products in bulk to OCWA facilities as listed in Appendix C - Rate Bid Form 1 to 3. OCWA anticipates having a firm price from one or more suppliers for partial or whole requirements of the business. The contract will commence on March 1st, 2022. Prices must include chemical, freight and FOB to operation sites as well as two hours of off-loading the product. A fuel adjustment surcharges or any other pricing adjustment shall not be permitted for the duration of the Agreement. The completed RFB must be submitted to the RFB Contact on or before 12 p.m. EST January 25, 2022. All questions must be forwarded to the RFB Contact before January 12, 2022. All documents must be obtained through Jaggaer. The Annual usage listed in Appendix C is an estimate based on previous years consumption, but OCWA does not warrant or guarantee in any way, the maximum or minimum amount of quantities. Delivery locations may be added or subtracted as necessary by OCWA at an agreed upon price.
