Description : The objective of this RFB is to invite prospective Bidders to submit Bids to supply, deliver and install two (2) ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph (UHPLC) systems, two (2) tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) systems, with computers, training, software, and warranty services throughout the Term of the Agreement The UHPLC and MS/MS systems shall be controlled simultaneously by the Bidder-s software and work together as one (1) Solution. Bidders shall submit a bid that includes both UHPLC and MS/MS systems and all associated components. Scope of Work The Centre of Forensic Sciences (CFS), a division of the Ministry, provides scientific laboratory services in support of the administration of justice and public safety programs. The Toxicology Section of the CFS has a requirement for two (2) Solutions. The Solutions will support activities related to forensic analysis by providing identification, comparison, and quantitation of a diverse range of materials in a multi-user environment.
