Description : RFB for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Up to Two (2) Automatic Sample Clean-Up Systems for Dioxin and Persistent Organic Pollutant for the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks Scope of Work The objective of the Deliverables is to obtain the supply, delivery and installation of up to two (2) automatic sample clean-up systems for Dioxin and persistent organic pollutants (“POPs”), related Computer Software and equipment (collectively, the “ASC Systems” and each an “AC System”). The ASC Systems may be single, multiple or combination/integrated units, which meet the mandatory requirements described below. As a full service environmental analytical laboratory, the Laboratory Services Branch (“LaSB”) offers a range of analytical services to internal Ministry partners, performs analytical method development, evaluates new analytical technologies to better serve its partners and participates in proficiency testing programs. LaSB supports the Ministry-s core business including environmental monitoring, compliance, abatement, enforcement, litigation, audit of drinking water quality, scientific investigation of environmental pollution and source tracking, rapid responses to emergencies and the development and setting of new sta...
