Description : RFB for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Two (2) Laboratory Incubators, for the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks Scope of Work The objective of the Deliverables is for the Vendor to supply, deliver and install two (2) laboratory incubators (the “Incubators”) to the Ministry-s Laboratory Services Branch (“LaSB”) located at 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, Ontario M9P 3V6 (“Site”). The Incubators are required to support activities related to the Ministry-s routine, regulatory and legislative activities. The Incubators are required for analysis of samples for microbiological indicators and pathogens. Samples include drinking water, effluent, biosolids, spill samples and environmental monitoring samples to support the Drinking Water and Environmental Compliance Division of the Ministry, including the requirement for high quality data analysis of routine and litigation samples. The samples must be incubated at a temperature of 35.0 +/-0.5°C or 44.5+/-0.5°C. This will ensure sample integrity in order to provide quality analytical data for samples and to support regulatory requirements/compliance under the Safe Drinking Water Act, Ontario Water Resources Act, the Environmental Protection Act, and ...
