Description : The Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry requires a new tandem Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (“ICP-MS/MS”) and related peripherals for the analysis of major, minor, and trace elements in groundwaters, freshwaters, and other geological and environmental samples. Scope of Work This procurement is focused on the purchase of scientific instrumentation. The Ministry is seeking to replace aging instrumentation and improve its capabilities in providing high quality data to its client groups with optimal turnaround times. The Geoscience Laboratories would like to save on maintenance costs, improve productivity, and enhance detection limits and working ranges with the purchase of the new system. The scientific instrumentation will be delivered to the Geoscience Laboratories at 933 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury, ON, P3E6B5.
