Description : The Ontario Clean Water Agency has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for provision of grounds maintenance and snow clearing services for the Elgin area Water Treatment Plants. A mandatory site tour of the Facility will be conducted for all Bidders who will be submitting a Bid. Attendance at all tours is mandatory. Bidders who submit a Bid but did not attend all of the tours listed below will be disqualified. Please meet at the Facility at 10:00 am on August 31, 2021 to begin the tour. The Facility is located at 43665 Dexter Line Union Ontario, from there as group will travel to FRSF, remote chamber site and onto EMPS. Bidders are requested to email their intention to attend to procurement. All Bidders attending tours must provide and wear their own personal protective equipment (steel toe footwear, reflective safety vests, safety glasses and hard hats must be worn at the Facility). All Covid-19 protocols must be followed at the Facilities, including (but not limited to) maintaining physical distancing, use of face masks, and completion of any required Covid-19 screening questions.
