Description : This Request for Bids is issued by the Ministry of Health to seek a Program Administrator to support an existing publicly funded dental program for low-income seniors, the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP). Scope of Work As announced in Ontario-s 2019 budget, the government moved forward with its commitment to introduce a new publicly funded dental care program for low-income Ontario seniors with an annual investment of approximately $90M. Since the inception of the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP), part of the delivery model has included a program administrator to centrally manage application, eligibility determination, and enrolment processes and support ongoing operations of the program. The program administrator has also managed a contact support center for clients to provide support with application, eligibility, and enrolment. The ministry is seeking bids to select a vendor to act as the Program Administrator to support the ongoing delivery of the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP). Stage One of the OSDCP launched in November 2019 and Stage Two began in early 2020.
