Description : RFB for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, Card Issuing Services for the Ontario Outdoors Card Program. Including the production, personalization and mailing of Outdoors Cards. Scope of Work The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry operates an Outdoors Card program. Resident and Non-Resident Anglers and Hunters have to apply to the Ministry to receive their Outdoors Cards. Throughout the year, the Ministry issues Outdoors Cards that may include applicable licenses. Outdoors Cards are valid for 3 years and expire on December 31st. The Ministry is looking for the Supplier to provide all materials and produce personalized plastic Outdoors Cards, paper Card Carriers and envelopes. The Deliverables include the production, thermal print personalization and mailing of Outdoors Cards, including the production of mailing envelopes and Card Carriers and mailing services as further described in this RFB. The volumes of Outdoors Cards that will have to be personalized may vary each year, but approximately 2 (two) million cards will be processed in total during the Term, including all extension terms.
