Description : Detailed Description Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services is seeking responses to a Request for Bids (RFB) for Cleaning Supplies and Sanitary Papers. The objective of this RFB is to establish an enterprise-wide vendor of record arrangement with a single vendor for the supply and delivery of cleaning supplies and sanitary papers on an as-needed basis to support Ontario Public Service and other Ontario government organizations. Scope of Work Cleaning supplies include as an example, garbage bags, detergents, cleaning chemicals and tools, and various personal protective equipment such as hand sanitizers, soaps, limited masks and gloves. Sanitary papers include toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues and table napkins. The Ministry will hold an optional Bidder information session, via teleconference as follows: Date: May 3, 2021 Time: 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Toronto time Interested Bidders are asked to register with the Ministry Contact via email at Bilal Masri no later than 3:00 p.m. Toronto time on April 29, 2021.
