Description : Her Majesty the Queen (HMTQ) in right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) to acquire one (1) Vendor to design, produce and deliver Card Production (CP) and Photo Comparison Technology (PCT) (CP PCT). The following Ontario ministries are included in this RFB: Ministry of Transportation (MTO), Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (MGCS), and Ministry of Finance (MOF) - Ontario Digital Services (ODS) (referred to as the “Ministries”). Scope of Work The Core Services of the RFB scope include: • Card Production Services • Image Capture Services • Photo Comparison Technology, also known as Facial Recognition (FR) Services A contract option in the RFB scope includes: • Mobile Driver-s Licence (mDL) Services Optional Information Session October 1, 2021 @ 13:30 (Toronto time).
