- Provincial Genomic Data Platform Scope of Work Ontario Health is seeking to select a vendor-managed SaaS solution for a Provincial Genomic Data Platform. The goal is to implement a secure, scalable, and interoperable platform that enables the collection, storage, analysis, and sharing of genomic data across Ontario's healthcare ecosystem. The solution must be capable of integrating with existing systems (e.g., Lab Information Systems, ONE ID), supporting real-time data exchange, and complying with current and future privacy and security standards. The proponent will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the platform for up to 10 years, including client onboarding, training and change management. The platform must be flexible to adapt to clinical innovations, new data sources, evolving interoperability standards, precision medicine advancements, and research initiatives.
