Description:
To more effectively and efficiently deliver on its mandate, Enterprise Change (IESO-s centralized project delivery function) is looking to replace its current Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools with a new integrated solution that interfaces with IESO-s existing human resource, finance and time reporting systems and supports the following business functions: Strategic Portfolio Management; Integrated program / project planning and delivery; Cost / budget management; and Resource management (resource capacity, resource demand and resource leveling) for all enterprise resources.With this RFP, the IESO is seeking a Service Provider that will provide the following services and solution deliverables: A new software solution to replace the existing project portfolio management solution (the “Solution”); Hosting of the Solution in the Service Provider-s data centres; Professional services to transition from its current Project Portfolio Management solution to the Solution, including integration with other IESO solutions; Software licensing and maintenance and support for any commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products leveraged in the Solution; and Ongoing solution support services following go-live.
