Description:
This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation by SaskPower for the purpose of gatheringinformation regarding the current market practices and capacities for industry to provide staffaugmentation services for industrial project managers, project controls (cost, schedule, risk) andengineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Controls Engineers) resources. Staff augmentationprocesses if required would be used to embed vendor resources within SaskPower to executeprojects as per SaskPower-s practices. These projects are focused on the sustainment andgrowth of SaskPower-s Generation, Transmission and Distribution systems.The intent of this RFI will be to solicit feedback from industry on the current industrial capacityand specific general elements of staff augmentation processes such as identifying clients staffingneeds, professional candidate acquisition, vetting, onboarding processes, client communicationpractices and contract management details as further described in Appendix C - Submission Form.Respondents are requested to provide information in response to the questions found in theAppendix C Submission Form. A Question and Answer (Q&A) period will be available forrespondents to seek further information or to obtain clarification of the information requestedby SaskPower prior to the submission deadline.As stated within 7.
