Description:
WCB is undertaking a major business transformation initiative to improve worker outcomes through enhancements to our service delivery model. The business transformation of the organization is currently in flight and the program is expected to cover all business areas end-to-end, including Claims Operations, Employer Services, Finance, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, and Business Intelligence. WCB is currently working on a critical transformational project within the Business Transformation Program that will replace WCB-s core platform solution with the implementation of a new cloud solution and will include delivery of all associated integrations, conversions and reports. A Project Manager is required to join the existing Core Solution project management team and lead the data migration workstream within WCB-s core platform solution project. The Project Manager will be accountable to the Director, Program Delivery for the successful delivery of the workstream, and will functionally report to the Director, Enterprise Project Management Office to ensure WCB standards, and best practice project management and delivery methods are leveraged. This role is located on-site at WCB Head office in Regina.
