Description : This RFI is intended to obtain responses from individuals or firms for the provision of Project Management services required for CCTS to transform its primary Information Technology platform. The Project will result in the replacement/upgrading of CCTS-s current complaint management system (“IMS”), and may result in the replacement/upgrade of the current telephony solution and/or office productivity software The PM will be responsible for general project management activities and will also be specifically responsible for the following: Organizing and conducting stakeholder consultations to ensure the solution which replaces the current IMS respects the needs of internal staff and external service providers Overseeing the market assessment and procurement of potential replacements for IMS Overseeing the business analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and evaluation of the proof of concept Overseeing the business analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training and rollout activities for the final product Overseeing the evaluation of the current telephony solution with respect to integration with the selected IMS replacement Overseeing the integration of the current telephony solution with the IM... - Documents:
