- EfficiencyOne (E1) is a leading efficiency enterprise, working with outstanding partners to supply cost-effective energy efficiency and carbon mitigation services in Nova Scotia and beyond.
The objective of this RFP is to select firms who will sign a Standing Offer (SO) with E1 to form a roster of firms that can provide project management services on an “as-needed” basis as outlined in this statement of work. Selected firms are not guaranteed any amount or volume of work. Rather, E1 may ask selected firms to bid on specific projects, depending on the scope and nature of the project.
