Description:
The following is the scope of project management services the Proponent is expected to supply.General Scope of Services and Responsibilities1. Assign a Designated Project Manager and a back-up to be the main contacts for the duration of the project.2. Establish protocol for all communication issues throughout the project.3. Chair regular project meetings with stakeholders and provide Minutes.4. Participate in Board or Council meetings as required.5. Participate in regular site inspections with the Design Builder.6. Lead and manage in the execution and delivery of the CCDC147. Provide a clear Project Management Plan for delivery of the tasks agreed to by all parties8. Develop and maintain a Risk Register to identify potential risks and decrease the likelihood and extent of negative impacts9. Review the Contractors schedule and subsequent cash flow updates on a monthly basis for adherence to contractual requirements10. Develop and maintain a Cost Tracking Log that aligns with the clients financial tracking and reporting methods11. Provide monthly progress reports12. Ensure contractor Quality Management System and Safety programs are in place13. Maintain an RFI log to track issues and responses14. Review progress claims15. Advise and assist the Municipality of Jasper in respect of the approval process with statutory authorities and the procurement of requisite permits.16.
