Tender are invited for This bid solicitation is being issued by the Centre for Food-borne, Environmental and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (CFEZID), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) for the requirement of a Senior Project Management Services under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) for Solutions-based professional services. The work to be performed is detailed under Appendix “A” Statement of Work. The consultant(s) will assess the feasibility to use the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach to gather meaningful information on Canadians diagnosed with Lyme Disease (LD) through alternative means or using alternate laboratory testings (in Canada or abroad), in order to broaden knowledge on individuals not currently captured in the national LD surveillance system and help inform future public health actions, education and awareness activities in Canada. The duration of the contract will be from the Date of Contract award to December 23, 2022 with two additional option periods. The work will be performed on site at 130 Colonnade Road, Ottawa, ON as well as off-site at the Contractor-s facilities.
