- 2025 Road Construction The Rural Municipality of Storthoaks No. 31 is accepting tenders for road construction as follows: Land Location: Project A: East of 34-6-31 W1M (1.6 km) Project B: East of 23 and 26-5-30 W1M (3.2 km) Description of the work: Project A: Grading and Clay Cap on Range Road No. 1312 from the junction of Township Road 65 to 1.6 km north; for a total distance of 1.6 km. Project B: Grading and Clay Cap on Range Road 1301 from the junction of Township Road 53 to 3.2 km north; for a total distance of 3.2 km.
